An alkaline diet should help but apparently you are on an alkaline diet.  Perhaps you could try a web search for &quot;alkaline diet&quot; unless you have already done that.

You might perhaps have an enzyme problem and in that case liquid chlorophyll every day might perhaps help. 

Any of the green superfoods alfalfa, barley grass, wheat grass, chlorella or spirulina would also help as they are all alkalizing foods and are rich in enzymes including chlorophyll.

Red meat and prawns are very acidic and prawns are probably the greater evil of the two.  Poultry is better than red meat and fish is better than poultry.</description>

There is a book by Dr Joshi called something detox, (sorry not to be more precise) but inside it tells you all about what foods are acid and what are alkalai.  It is really interesting and written in a very easy to use way.  Highly informative and it will tell you what you need to know.</description>
