Important Insurance Issues

March 29th, 2010 by admin1 | Comments Off | Filed in Uncategorized

The best way to deal with all of the unknowns life can throw at you is insurance. There are policies for every income and the peace of mind makes it money well spent.

The first insurance coverage I always think of is life insurance. It is so important to have enough coverage for your family and business so they can go on without you. A term life insurance quote can sometimes be confusing. You don’t have to have a policy worth millions but you should get the maximum amount you can afford. We all know that the cost of living only goes higher so you want to have enough coverage so your survivors can pay off bills and have enough money to regroup.

So when you plan on life insurance, it must include death! Do you have enough to cover funeral plans? Funerals are expensive and so is burial. A seperate policy to cover these expenses can make everything easier for your family and not to mention the funeral home. You might also want to buy funeral expense policies for your parents and other family members. My husband and I have purchased policies for our parents. We will be responsible for arrangements when they die and we do not have an extra bunch of money laying around to pay for a funeral. Their life insurance policies can be used for paying off their bills and we can use the funeral policy to take care of their services.

Never forget to have aussie accident cover insurance. We have first hand advice about this – get it! My husband had a very serious accident a few years ago. After we realized he would survive this terrible time, we immediately worried about how we would pay the monthly bills. We had accident insurance and we are so glad we did. We received checks every other week just like his payroll check had been and we didn’t fall behind. This is a really worthwhile expenditure.

CHANGE THE WAY YOU EAT

March 15th, 2010 by admin1 | Comments Off | Filed in Uncategorized

Our body needs to balance the acids and basis to sustain itself. The food we eat can be classified into alkaline, acid or neutral regarding the PH level it produces when consumed.

That being said, the Alkaline Diet emphasizes that the PH level on our bodies should be slightly alkaline to avoid stressing its regulators, if not, the PH wouldn’t be balanced and essential minerals wouldn’t be absorbed making us prone to illness.

The Alkaline Diet has become popular over the years as other trendy way of loosing weight, but there’s more to it. Those who strongly believe that the Alkaline Diet works claim that it also might prevent cancer, fatigue, obesity and allergies, while boosting your energy levels and improving your well being.

However, because the lack of scientific evidence, the theory behind this diet is not widely accepted by the medical community.

There are some things to consider when starting this diet:

As important as alkaline foods are, to keep a balanced PH acidic foods are also needed, so never eat just alkaline foods. Being so extreme might deprive your body of some essential minerals.

To keep healthy you also need other essential nutrients that are not address by alkaline foods, that’s why you should pay attention on including foods from all the major food groups into your diet.

Having tried the Alkaline Diet myself I can say it’s a great way to loose some weight and feel much healthier with little effort. At the beginning it’s a bit hard to remember the foods combinations but after a few days it just comes out naturally. I recommend this diet to those who want to feel better with their bodies, lighter, stronger and a bit thinner.

Get Rid Of Your Cold Sores

March 12th, 2010 by admin1 | Comments Off | Filed in Uncategorized

It hides suspended in the roots of your nerves. Here are the 3 basic reasons for cold sores. Your bodys pH has a ton to do with your healthiness.

The pH scale is a measure of how acid or alkaline you are. On a range of one to fourteen, below seven is acid and above seven is alkaline. For best health you should be barely alkaline. You customarily won’t get any cold sore so long as you stay above seven pH. If your pH drops below seven you are becoming acid. This is one of the key reasons for cold sores. This is the reason why they say stress causes cold sores. Your diet may also be a reason for cold sores. Most veg will raise your pH to the alkaline side. This very straightforward test provides us with valuable info. It helps in judging a people dental health as well as their general wellness. The body is basically made from water. This hydrogenated transport medium can have either acid or alkaline properties.

The acid-alkaline properties are measured by a graduated scale called pH. The lower the pH price, the larger the astringency. The higher the pH, the bigger the alkalinity. There’s a low prevalence of dental rot mixed with minimal calculus buildup.

So , stable conditions should fundamentally be found in this environment. Zero sometimes indicates : Acidemia ( aberrant astringency of the blood ) will win. Nil sometimes indicates : Irregularly , the complete opposite of acidemia ( alkalinity ) happens.

Hydrion pH test paper can be procured at most healthfood stores or at our office. Though an acid pH might be the real cause of cold sores, the following 2 triggers are also reasons for cold sores – particularly when mixed with a low pH. Arginine is the key protein building block for the herpes simplex pathogen.

This is true even though you’ve got an acid pH balance. A drop in immune strength makes puny antibodies and causes cold sores.

Today we don’t get sufficient vitamins and minerals from food alone.

It’s the main mineral employed by your body to keep your body alkaline. Of all of the reasons for cold sores, an acid pH is number one.

Stress, psychological or physical, causes your body to go into an acid state. Eliminate these and you won’t get cold sore outbreaks.
